new seasons, new reasons
our minds tend to perceive ‘change’ as a loss (of people, places, memories, items) but when we look at change through the filter of present-mindedness, we see how much was gained.
where one season offers warm light and bright colors, another season may give slow comfort and soft shades. flowers bloom, leaves fall, and our pages keep turning. in the stillness of a finished chapter we learn more of our purpose. move at your own pace, unwind passion with the grace of each day, let the streams of thought flow into rivers of peace and let your daily breath bring solace to your days.
new seasons give way to new reasons. whether the season is one to commit, to release, to plant, to harvest, to listen, or to speak. find your reason; know your reason. otherwise we end up deeming what is simply changing for the better as something lost within the wind.
